All order discrepancies or issues must be reported within 7-days of receipt of goods to be considered for replacement.

We have the right to rectify any discrepancies. If we cannot rectify, we will issue a refund for the invoice value for that part of the order only.

If you wish to cancel an order or return goods to us, for no fault of ours, You will receive a credit note for the full amount to be used towards future purchases, or we will refund less a 20% cancellation and re-stocking fee.
